Rashakae - Re-invented

So, I had a thought:
"Wouldn't it be a good idea to try and improve on the Rashakae sketch..."
This idea brought forward many rough and random sketches/scribbles. But, I think I may finally be a step closer, here's the most recent sketch (Aqua is in it too).

Oh, and, yeah, I'm aware that it's pretty rough, but hopefully some tweaking and a good colour will bring it out of that stage, I hope...

Well, once again, here is a random sketch (above) It was pretty bad at first, but, hey, I try... And, well it turned out like this, the girl, by the way, is calling to her dog (not shown on picture)... And, if you look carefully you will notice that there is a dude in the background (behind the girl) who is shooting a laser, (using a laser connon). The pillar to the right on the picture is also quite ruined, it has a hole in it!

Now, on to this one, well this is some really random thing, well, yeah, the letter, now that's top secret, so, you know, just hope when/if I draw the background in, that the right man grabs it...

Comic Cover - Coloured, and Character Scene

Well, this is the comic cover, finally coloured, (minus the background, I still need a cold grey for that, as for the background gunge yellow, that's thanks to the scanner)...

Here is my sketch of an on stage thing... (It's slightly random, I suppose)... Still needs colour...

Comic Strip - Coloured

The comic is copy writed to me, A.R.C, as usual...
well here it is, coloured, although, my scanner is still on 'non-speaking' terms with me, and so has 'kindly' given me this yellow background. Next I shall colour the comic cover.... Just need to sort out the margin dimensions first.

Comic Strip Idea

why yes, it's true! I finally decided to begin writing/drawing a comic strip!
So, anyway, it's called 'Zhen Mod'.
So anyway, I've completed the cover: (below. Will be colouring this soon).

As for the first comic strip, that's here: (Below, no words here, but my print out version has them... It just needs colour.).

Guild Roleplay Character: Aqua

Well, there we have it, Aqua! She is supposed to be a pixie, but I rather like this sketch, even without wings.

She was also supposed to be blue in colour, but, I felt like throwing that idea in the waste paper bin, and colouring her as I wanted to, but, still, she could have always been this colour before Rashakae ended up with possesion of this flying pixie, back in the good old days when Mozzin took care of many a flying fellow, sometimes even pixies...

Guild Roleplay Character: Rashakae

This isn't actually a perfect sketch of Rashakae, but it does look quite cool in the copic sketch marker colours:

(Have become fond of strange yellow-ish backgrounds)...

Copic Markers

Well, yesterday I managed to buy some copic markers (12 Copic Ciao 'Skin Tone Colours', 4 sketch primary colours a Copic Marker Pad, and a muti-liner, with a nib width of 0.5 mm). All of which totaled to a grand price of £45.00. (Expensive, no?).

Anyway, I started work on some of my sketches straight away, and, amazingly they have turned out quite well! I think I might post some of the sketches with and without colour, for your enjoyment....

Uncoloured Sakura (from Naruto) fan-Art drawing, yes I did draw this myself. The hair doesn't look to much like hers, but, it does improve with colour. (Above)

Above is the finished drawing, well, almost finished, (I need a greeny-blue for the eyes...).... Anyway, I added a strangebackgroundy colour, (Because my scanner hates me) Oh, and the A.R.C, well, there my initials... But, lets not get into whether or not my first name is Angel...

Sketch: Assasin in The Rain

A super random sketch, the face is terribly scribbled, but, luckily it doesn't show up too scribled when in this size...

Sketches: Pixie and Island

This is a sketch of a 'Pixie Captor' as I call them, well, it's interesting, oh, the little creature in the glass is a pixie.

I was randomly sketching today, and managed to get this. Luckily my scanner was acting, slightly, more friendly, so it came out in a fairly good style. Still, the hand shape could be improved, I better get on with that.

Heaven Hearts'

Just because the islands dead,
And the children are not fed.
Doesn't mean the world must save them,
They can save themselves,
With no fear from treason

Volcanoes going haywire,
And natives eating bread,
It all looks pretty peaceful,
In the land of the dead.

Tsunamies to the right,
With earthquakes to the left,
And still they pray to heaven,
For a descent nights rest.

As if they didn't know it,
They're guarded in the eve,
By creatures unlike you and I,
Have ever seen,

Large claws on every tentacle,
Fish breath in the air,
And four large opal wings,
Soft as an angel's hair.

While people sleep so soundly,
These creatures fill the sky,
Watching over every hut,
Right until they die...

Volcanoes going haywire,
And natives eating bread,
It all looks pretty peaceful,
In the land of the dead.

Just watch out for those creatures,
Flying, over head,
Though later on that evening,
You'll wake up again.

(There's another poem, feel free to comment, oh there should be a picture of these creatures posted here soon, so look out for that)...

Manga Sketch - Opal Tiger

This is one of my recent sketches, it's not a terrbily good sketch (it looks better in real life). I've really got to practice drawing hands... Ray thinks it's alright, though I don't think 'alright' particularly what I was going for...

Patterns on The Floor

I feel there are so many things I'd like to say to you,
Though saying them would kill me, would kill me,
And everything you worked for now would die.
The land I touch is braking, and just like coal upon the fire,
It burns thy's soul while underfoot.

Short fury at thou's empty truth,
fiery beginnings always end in ash.
Ash to the kitten flames to the Raven.

Don't walk away from me, as I have done before,
I left this world to crash and fall,
And yet I feel I'm still a part of it.
My lowly shadow making patterns on the floor,
Patterns, from now undying, broken patterns most gallore.

Well, that was one of my poems, yeah, it's alright, I suppose, feel free to comment...
